Can you help me choose the right product?
Yes. Our technical team can help with valve and actuator sizing, meter selection and matching replacement parts. Contact us with your system details, the existing part number or a photo, and we will recommend the right product.
How do I find the right replacement part for an HIU?
Start with the HIU manufacturer, model and serial number, usually shown on the rating plate inside the cover. If you can, also photograph the component that needs replacing and any part numbers on it. Send these to us and we will confirm the correct spare before you order.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. All products are supplied new from the manufacturers we work with, including QUNDIS, ESBE, Siemens, Taconova and Danfoss.
